Recognition of organizations that have successfully implemented exemplary Logistics Kaizen processes.

 
 

The first edition of the "Indo-Japan Logistics Kaizen Convention 2022" is scheduled to be held on 25 February 2022 in New Delhi. This convention is an outcome of the ongoing Indo-Japan cooperation in Logistics Human Resources Development - the "Warehouse Kaizen Practitioner certification programme". CII - Institute of Logistics in collaboration with the Japan Institute of Logistics Systems (JILS), Japan and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Government of Japan has designed and developed the Warehouse Kaizen Practitioner certification programme. The entire course emanated through direct transfer of knowledge from Japanese industry to Indian Industry.

The Convention would be a platform to exchange information and ideas in familiar areas, efforts in subtle details, and results of kaizen activities in small groups to expand the base of logistics kaizen activities.The convention is an adapted version of Japanese system and encourages all companies operating in India to showcase successful improvement projects and will feature logistics success stories from Indian and Japanese enterprises operating in India.

Organizations selected on standardized evaluation criteria co-developed by Japan Institute of Logistics Systems and CII Institute of Logistics will be recognized with a memento at the Convention scheduled on 25 February 2022 in New Delhi.
